QUINCE SOUR
Ingredients:
- 60 ml of Granny's Quince Tincture
- 10 ml of honey
- 20 ml of lemon juice
- Egg white
- Ice cubes
Steps:
Whisk egg whites into a shaker and shake to aerate. Add the rest of the ingredients. Shake the whole thing vigorously and pour into a glass filled with ice. Use a lemon peel as a garnish.
