SPRING TIME
Ingredients:
- 50 ml Lubuski Fresh Lime Gin
- 15 ml of lemon juice
- 20 ml of rhubarb syrup
- a few mint leaves
- sparkling water
Ice: Crushed
Glass: HightBall
Method: Biuld
Decoration: mint top
Steps:
Start by squeezing 15 ml of lemon juice.
Add 20 ml of rhubarb syrup and 50 ml of Lubuski Fresh Lime gin.
Mint in your hands and add to the glass.
Sprinkle the glass with ice and stir.
Finally, top it all off with sparkling water and add a garnish of mint.
